Khirbat al-'Umur
خربة العُمُور
Khirbat al-'Umur was a village of 270 people on a small plateau twelve kilometres west of Jerusalem, built beside the ruin it was named for. The Har'el Brigade took it on 21 October 1948 during Operation Ha-Har. The spring of 'Ayn al-'Umur and the stone structure around it are still there.
