Hind Rajab, six, was killed with six relatives when Israeli tank fire hit their car as they fled Tel al-Hawa, after she spent hours on the phone with Red Crescent dispatchers pleading for rescue; the two paramedics sent to save her were also killed, and forensic investigators concluded a tank fired on the car from as close as 13 metres.
